Intermediate English

These two courses are aimed at students who have a good basic knowledge of the English language and who wish to practise and expand their skills. Reading and writing tasks and listening comprehension exercises are varied and help in consolidating grammar and building vocabulary. By completing  both of these blocks of courses, you will develop your active skills in English, and increase your ability to communicate on familiar matters that are regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, travel, etc.

In order to achieve progress in this course, it is necessary to complete approximately two hours of home study per week, which will reinforce the work covered in class.

Block I

Themes covered in this first block include food, sport, family, travel, culture and education with appropriate grammar and vocabulary.

Block II

The second block looks at topics such as cinema, television, shopping, work and other topics that are of particular interest to you. Once again, grammar will form an integral part of all sessions.
