Kickstart offers catch-up lessons at a discounted rate to students who had to miss lessons in their group course. This means that if you were absent from one or more lessons in your group course due to illness or other unexpected circumstances, we can arrange extra private lesson(s) at a reduced price.
While we make every effort to organize the lesson(s) with your current teacher and before your next group class, it cannot always be guaranteed for organizational reasons. If this ideal scenario cannot be arranged, we will offer you alternatives.

Usually arranged online, but face to face lessons can also be an option, depending on teachers’ availability.
The standard duration of a catch-up class is 60 or 90 minutes. If you missed multiple lessons, you may need more to get back on track.
Payment for the lesson must be made in advance.
How to have a catch-up lesson organized?
Step 1
If possible, let your teacher know you cannot come to the lesson(s).
Step 2
Ask your teacher directly about their availability for a private catch-up class. You can also arrange the date and time via administration, but setting up the details directly will speed up the process.
Step 3
Purchase the lesson in the online web shop. For example, if you agreed for a 90-minute lesson, choose one 60-minute lesson and one 30-minute lesson.
Step 4
Wait for confirmation from the administration and any extra information (e.g. details on how to attend online).
Step 5
Make the most of the lesson and jump right back into your group course!
