Then Kickstart School’s TOEFL Preparation Course will provide the intensive exam training to prepare you for the exam.
The TOEFL IBT* exam is:

A widely-recognised and respected English language test which provides official certification of a student’s English language level for study and employment purposes.

This certification is valid for two years.
- TOEFL exam preparation is offered as a private course.
- It familiarises students with the formats and procedures of the TOEFL test, introducing effective test-taking strategies for all four sections (reading, listening, speaking, and writing) so that students feel prepared and confident to take the test under challenging exam conditions.
- The teacher also helps you develop strategies for improvement, making you aware of your strengths and improve upon your weaknesses.

TOEFL Test Content
- Integrate all 4 Skills: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing - perform tasks that combine English communication skills
- Read, listen and then speak in response to a question
- Listen and then speak in response to a question
- Read, listen and then write in response to a question
As well as practising all the above skills students will also practise the following supporting skills during the course:
- Note-taking
- Summarizing
- Paraphrasing
By the end of the course you will be able to:
Develop the English skills that you need to pass the test, including the following:
- Read academic texts and learn strategies to answer questions
- Listen to lectures and conversations, and learn strategies to answer questions
- Express an opinion on a topic; speak, based on reading and listening tasks
- Write summary responses based on reading and listening and support an opinion in an essay

Practical Information - TOEFL Private Preparation Course
Price
€700 (based on a 10-hour package; excluding the course book and the exam fee, which must be paid by the student directly when registering for the exam).
Trainers on TOEFL examination courses are all native-speakers who are qualified and experienced in teaching candidates to take the TOEFL exams.
Cancellation policy
Kickstart School School adheres to a standard 24-hour cancellation policy. If a student would like to rearrange or cancel a lesson, Kickstart School/the teacher must be contacted at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full amount for that lesson will still be charge.
