Private lessons are held in quiet, modern classrooms in a central location in The Hague, at a venue of your choice (travel costs may apply in this case), or online via Zoom. For our private courses, we offer a money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied after the first lesson, we will refund you the full course fee (less €15 administration costs + the cost of the first lesson).

Cancellation policy
Kickstart School adheres to a standard 24-hour cancellation policy. If a student would like to rearrange or cancel a lesson, Kickstart/the teacher must be contacted at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise for the full amount for that lesson will still be charged. Including rescheduled lessons, the total duration of the course cannot exceed 1.5 times the originally-planned course duration. Lessons left over after this period will be forfeited.
Refunds
Reimbursement of the course fee shall take place only where Kickstart receives, 24 hours before the start of the
second
lesson of the course in question, a written request for reimbursement from the student. In such a case, the student shall be charged the fee for the first lesson (based on the hourly rate), as well as administration costs of €15. If you withdraw at a later point in the course, you will forfeit the full amount of your course fees.
