This intermediate Dutch course:

Provides an opportunity for you to consolidate and enhance your language skills in a fun and meaningful way by exploring topics relating to Dutch culture, lifestyle, and history.
- Grammatical structures are also revised.
- The course focuses on improving spoken fluency by discussing newspaper articles, graded readers, film clips, and songs.
- Relevant writing assignments are also included in the program.
We have different options for the Stepping Stone IV:
- Our Stepping Stone IV courses are offered as once-a-week courses. If you are looking for a more intensive course, you can do Stepping Stone V and IV at the same time but on different days.
- We offer courses both face-to-face and remotely via Zoom.

Self Assessment
This course may be the right level for you if you can do most of the following:
- Speak about familiar and abstract topics, such as feelings, sustainability, financial matters, and art.
- Describe experiences and express simple opinions with reasons and explanations.
- Use most past tenses and understand the use of zou/zouden.
- Regularly apply the correct word order in main clauses and subclauses.
- Give a short presentation with ease to the group.
- Write longer texts.
