I really enjoyed the Chinese class at Kicstart. It was a nice group of students and a very nice teacher. This course teaches some basic Chinese sentences and teaches you some culture. It is a difficult language but it is fun to do :)

I followed the Chinese course. It was very good, it's like opening a door to another world. This beginners course has a good timing and you will learn a lot in each class, but your level after the lessons will depend on how much effort you put into it studying at home. I'm very happy to finally understand what Mandarin is about.

Our teacher Kathie has a lovely approach of the lessons. We learn effectively and have fun. There is always time and attention for your questions and for your personal specific challenges. The course offers a well balanced combination of speaking, grammar, vocabulary and listening. You can choose to do extra exercises at home and ask questions about it. I’m having a full time position and this is the best course I could wishperson. I really enjoyed our discussions and her patient and helpful approach. She could vary the methods and materials, and it was never dull. On the contrary, it was an absolute pleasure to learn English. Thank you for these lessons, which gave me the confidence to speak English.

Being the first Chinese class, I was very satisfied. The material and facilities were excellent, and the teacher was open to feedback and suggestions, adjusting the classes to attend our learning goals. The pace picked up along the course, which was an extra motivation to study at home (much needed) and to continue with the follow-up course. The course does not focus on writing, but characters are presented whenever you ask for. Highly recommended!
